Have you ever considered how having a coach with a listening ear could help you uncover your 'why' and clarify your 'what' in life?
I am extremely passionate about helping you, and others, live life to the fullest and age well. Through self-awareness, accountability, and attentive listening, I work with you to shape a personalised path that aligns with your unique needs and aspirations.
A range of opportunities are available for coaching in-person and online. We meet at a regular time each week or fortnight and work within the time you have available. Sessions can be between 30-60mins and also available is the 7-Day Midlife Mind Reset self-paced program for women in midlife.
There are many benefits to reaching out and experiencing a once-off session or 6-12 week program. With a rise in chronic diseases and mental wellness being a focus point more and more, it is important to seek ways to prevent stress and overwhelm, and sometimes all we need is a guiding hand, or sounding ear, to kick-start the process.
The other amazing benefits of working with a coach on a one-to-one basis includes igniting a sense of hope, optimism, and motivation to propel forward in making a change that may result in better health, quality sleep, less stress, increased physical movement and energy levels.
