MENOPause is a 6-week program designed around you - because you are the CEO of your own body. It’s about reconnecting with yourself and rediscovering what brings you joy and optimism, even on days when you feel overwhelmed or stressed to the max.
The symptoms we experience during our midlife years are as varied as we are. No two bodies are the same. While we may share similar experiences, each woman’s journey is unique, and that is why this menopause coaching program is a starting point for women experiencing peri and post-menopausal changes.
This is a time in life when we deserve to travel this path with others, not alone.
Today, we have more research and resources than ever before—so much more than our mothers and grandmothers ever had. I often think about the women who came before us, who didn’t have the chance to understand why they felt the way they did or how to navigate it with support.
Allow yourself 45 minutes each week to meet and explore new changes that you would like to make. As your certified Menopause Coach, I am here to inspire and motivate you to think inside your head as well as outside your mind.
