This is the storyline I'm crafting, influenced by the multitude of individuals I've had the privilege of meeting throughout my years in health and wellbeing.
What's your story?
Like many women, my journey into health and wellbeing didn’t come from a textbook alone — it came from life. From years of working with communities, listening to people’s stories, and navigating my own personal health challenges along the way.
In 2020, after experiencing breast cancer, something shifted for me. I became deeply aware of how closely our health, emotions, and sense of self are connected. I also realised how important it is for women to have a space where they feel safe to pause, reflect, and simply be heard.
That’s when I knew I wanted to create a coaching business that wasn’t about “fixing” women, but about supporting them - gently, honestly, and with heart and health at the centre of everything I do.
Today, as a Health and Wellness Coach and Menopause Coaching Specialist, I support women and workplaces to move through overwhelm, stress, and life with more clarity, confidence, and calm. My approach always brings people back to both their hearts and their heads - helping them reconnect with how they feel and what truly matters to their health and wellbeing.
I believe real change doesn’t come from doing more, but from doing what feels right. That’s why my conversations weave a simple “gold thread” of everyday wellbeing (movement, nourishing food, rest, reflection, and relaxation) into real life, in ways that feel achievable and fit naturally into daily routines.
Whether we meet in a workshop, a community space, or a one-on-one session, my hope is that every woman feels truly seen, heard, and supported. That she walks away with a deeper understanding of who she is, where she’s been, and where she’d like to go next.
There is something incredibly powerful about taking charge of your own health - and even more meaningful when others feel inspired as they witness your journey toward living a good, well life.

Whether I support you in your workplace or as a private client, one thing is definite. Our wellness journey together has you in the driver's seat, and I am in the passenger seat travelling alongside you.
I will equip you with a myriad of resources, worksheets, and phone calls along the way (depending on the program). The focus on our time together is to have unconditional positive regard and respect for your wellbeing and the goals, habits, and strengths that you bring to the conversation.
You may not have a clear destination in your mind right now, but together, we can uncover what matters most to you: whether it's change, creation, or simply exploring new possibilities.

My coaching style focuses on elements of positive psychology, wellbeing, and resilience, with the ultimate goal of igniting enthusiasm and confidence in others. Empowering individuals, and teams, to live meaningful and positive lives is a rewarding experience.
My vision is to foster a mentally healthy and resilient culture within both the community and the workplace. A range of workshops and programs are designed specifically to support individuals in shining and living their best lives. Learning can be fun and everyone deserves to connect, create, and navigate changes in their own life with curiosity and commitment.

After spending over two decades leading wellbeing and resilience workshops in the community, I find immense joy in empowering workplaces with custom Wellness at Work workshops, events, and personalised coaching opportunities.
A sense of community is as important at work as it is at home.
Through my Health and Wellness and Menopause coaching, whether in events, workshops, or one-on-one sessions, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your journey, set meaningful intentions, and build a toolkit of practical strategies.
My main focus is supporting workplaces and women in midlife who feel overwhelmed, tired, and uncertain to find clarity, confidence, and renewed direction for their overall health and wellbeing.
With honesty, authenticity, and a friendly approach, I’m here to empower you to take control of your life with confidence and a sense of purpose, so you can move forward feeling stronger and more at ease.
