Welcome to the relaxation and healing side of our health and wellness coaching business. 


Serenity and Sunflowers - just be offers relaxation style massage treatments as a stand-alone treatment at our wellness room, at a corporate event or festival, or in combination with an individual wellness coaching session.


Coaching doesn’t have to be solely about conversation and talking. As a HCANZA accredited Health and Wellness Coach, I believe in fostering time to relax and unwind - allowing your mind, body, and nervous system to rest.


We can recharge our body with a beautiful massage that focuses on rest, reflection, silence, and restoration.

MASSAGE TREATMENTS

Indian Head Massage (seated) - $50

Indian Head Massage (seated) - $50

Deep Tissue (upper back only) - $80

(45min treatment)

AromaTouch Technique - $85

(45min treatment)


The AromaTouch® Technique, developed by doTERRA, is a rhythmic and gentle massage sequence of 8 essential oils, chosen for their unique aromatic and therapeutic benefits.

Whole Body Bliss - $85 - $100 (a fusion of whole body + Indian Head massage techniques)

(45min treatment - $85)

(1hr treatment - $100)
 

Heart + Head (goal-setting coaching session and Indian Head Massage) - $150 

(1.5hr treatment/session)

Workplace and Corporate Events

A seated massage is a gentle and perfect way to build trust and rapport with future clients, and a great way for you to entwine personal wellness into your wellbeing programs for staff and volunteers.


Corporate and workplace bookings are also available on request. Add a different twist to your next corporate event or team planning day.


$120 per hour (3 x clients per hour)
