A Self-Reflective Workshop for Women
This workshop is designed for women seeking practical strategies to enhance self-awareness, mindfulness, and vibrancy while embracing change with confidence and consistency.
Through guided self-reflection and empowerment techniques, participants will leave feeling more grounded and ready to take on life’s challenges.
Treat the women in your organisation to an empowering journey where stories and insights, and valuable tools are shared, to foster resiliency.
The Wellness at Work program offers stand alone sessions or a 6-session series that meets the wellbeing training needs of your workplace or organisation.
Wellness at Work is designed to offer an interactive and fun space while learning evidence-based strategies to stay well at work.
Employees are sometimes reluctant to seek support, and a group coaching model of delivery is a perfect way to bring a team together and build trust and rapport in a group setting. Sessions are based on a 1.5hr duration and can be chosen from the list below, depending on what your priorities are for your staff.

A Needs Analysis can be conducted as part of the Wellness at Work program. This is a great way to ascertain the trends and needs of the organisation in regard to the health and wellness of staff.

The RISE workshop is a foundational learning opportunity to talk about ways to rise the wellbeing in a group setting.
RISE stands for reality, inspiration, self-reflection, and embrace and explore.
This workshop is interactive and thought-provoking and is an ideal space to reconnect with personal lifestyle goals and an opportunity to navigate some behaviour changes.
Each participant is provided with a workbook including sections:

The WISDOM workshop is designed to bring a group of women together in a supportive and safe environment, and a space to be.
WISDOM stands for womanhood, inspiration, self, discovery, optimism, and meaning.
This workshop is fundamentally about creating actionable change to boost levels of positivity and optimism amidst the busyness of a woman's life. Everyone is encouraged to set realistic goals which focus lifestyle habits and a growth mindset.
Each participant is provided with a workbook including sections:

Book an Awareness Session as a stand-alone session for your next team meeting or as part of a holistic Wellness at Work program. These are 1.5hr sessions delivered in-person or online.
Communicate with Confidence can be delivered as a standalone session for all kinds of organisations, businesses, and workplaces.
Confident, consistent, and positive communication really is the key.
We will activate the room with strategies around:
Let’s start a conversation about communication in a fun and interactive session for staff (and volunteers).
An interactive workshop created to forge a sense of gratitude and a sense of appreciation for positive emotions.
We tend to rush from A to B. We see the ground more than we see the sky, and we rarely take time to feel or act with a sense of gratitude for the small things right in front of our eyes.
We will explore:
Creating a sense of gratitude.
A motivational session that gives you a boost of mental clarity to check in with your personal levels of emotional intelligence.
This interactive and fun session gives you a take-away action plan so you can regularly check in with your emotions.
How do you feel when your emotional brain takes you away from your rational thinking brain?
This session is part of the Wellness at Work signature program and can be also a great stand-alone session for you club or organisation.
Stress to Zest is a session that forms part of the Wellness at Work series and can be delivered as a standalone session.
It’s all about ‘less is more’.
We will unpack:
Motivating staff, volunteers, and colleagues is key and supporting them to be aware of their stressors and maintain balance at work is also paramount.
Unwind Your Mind is a short session included in the Wellness at Work program.
It can also be used at team meetings and team events as a singular information session.
As a group we explore the skill of unwinding our minds with strategies around mindfulness, active reflection, and mental energy preservation.
Poor mental energy affects sleep, mood, and can create irritability.
Being mindful instead of mind full.
Empowering women to live with less stress, embrace change and achieve positive wellbeing.
An interactive workshop for women navigating the whirlwind of midlife, helping to uncover the essence of who we truly are and what we bring to our own wellness during our midlife years.
We can cycle through the midlife years with a positive outlook when we have the insights to support us through the emotions, feelings, and thoughts that we experience along with celebrating key milestones and adventures.
