I am extremely passionate about guiding you, and others, to live life to the fullest and age well. Through self-awareness, accountability, and attentive listening, I work with women to shape a personalised path and wellness plan that aligns with their unique needs and aspirations.

A range of opportunities are available for coaching in-person and online.
How does coaching work?
We meet at a regular time each week or fortnight, creating space for you to pause, reflect, and focus on what matters most to your health and wellbeing. Sessions are flexible and can be tailored to fit your schedule, with options ranging from 30 to 60 minutes.
You can choose from one of my signature coaching programs:

Each program is designed to support you through a season of change, helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and take small, meaningful steps towards the life you want to live. Over 6–8 weeks, we work together in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and achievable for you.
Your coaching journey includes personalised one-to-one sessions, practical wellbeing resources, a wellness guide, and a follow-up support call to help you stay connected to your intentions and ongoing growth.
There are many benefits to reaching out and experiencing a once-off session to test the waters of health and wellness coaching. Some clients have regular monthly sessions as a recurring coaching time. We are all different. It is important to seek ways to prevent stress and overwhelm, and sometimes all we need is a guiding hand, or sounding ear, to kick-start the process. Always stay curious with your own goals and aspirations.
One-to-one coaching offers a supportive and encouraging space to reflect, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence. By focusing on your individual needs and goals, you can make sustainable changes that support better health, quality sleep, reduced stress, increased movement, and renewed energy.
